1.1. The Promoter of this Spinwheel Promotion (the "Promotion") is TRIPSORA CAPITALS LTD (Company Registration No: 16549250, registered office at 124 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX), trading as Tripsora (the "Promoter").
1.2. By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2.1. The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, excluding employees, agents, contractors, or immediate family members of the Promoter.
2.2. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and may require proof of age and residence.
3.1. The Promotion begins on 9th April 2026 and ends on 9th May 2026 (the "Promotional Period").
3.2. Any spins or entries received outside of the Promotional Period will not be valid.
4.1. To enter, participants must provide a valid email address via the designated online form and successfully spin the digital prize wheel (the "Spinwheel").
4.2. Up to three spins are permitted per unique email address during the Promotional Period. Multiple spins beyond this limit using the same email address may be disqualified.
4.3. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
NEW 4.4. This is a promotional game of chance and not a game of gambling as defined by the Gambling Act 2005. No payment is required to enter or win.
NEW 4.5. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who attempts to manipulate the Promotion through automated means, multiple accounts, or any form of fraudulent activity.
5.1. The prize for this Promotion is a unique, one-time-use promotional code (the "Promo Code") for discounts on hotel bookings made through the Promoter's designated booking portal at hotels.tripsora.com.
5.2. The discount value of the Promo Code will be randomly determined by the Spinwheel, and will be one of the following fixed values: 3%, 5%, or 7% off.
5.3. The Promo Code is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
6.1. The Promo Code is valid only for bookings made on hotels.tripsora.com.
6.2. **Minimum/Maximum Spend:** The Promo Code is only valid for bookings with a minimum value of 50 USD and a maximum value of 30,000 USD, or the equivalent amount in the local currency (e.g., GBP) determined by the booking portal's exchange rate at the time of transaction.
NEW 6.2.1. **Maximum Discount Cap:** Regardless of the percentage discount won, the maximum discount that can be applied is 100 USD (or local currency equivalent). For example, a 7% discount on a $10,000 booking would normally be $700, but will be capped at $100.
6.3. **Expiry:** The Promo Code must be used within 90 days of the date of issuance as specified in the prize notification email. After 90 days, the Promo Code will become invalid.
6.4. The Promo Code cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotion, or offer.
6.5. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude certain hotels, room types, or travel dates from the offer at its sole discretion.
6.6. Standard booking terms and conditions of hotels.tripsora.com apply to all reservations made using the Promo Code.
7.1. The result of the Spinwheel is immediate. The Promo Code will be sent to the participant's provided email address following the spin.
7.2. The Promoter is not responsible for non-receipt of the Promo Code due to errors in the email address provided or the participant's email server settings (e.g., spam filters).
NEW 7.3. The Promoter reserves the right to publish the name and general location (city) of winners for promotional purposes, unless the winner objects at the time of notification. Winners may request that their information not be published by contacting the Promoter within 7 days of winning.
8.1. The Promoter will collect and process personal data (including email addresses) submitted for the purposes of managing the Promotion, prize notification, and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
8.2. By entering the Promotion, participants consent to the processing of their personal data as described herein.
8.3. Participants' personal data will be held and used in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, which is available at https://www.routeplanner.ai/rp/pp.html.
8.4. The Promoter confirms that it complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
8.5. Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to administer the Promotion and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
9.1. The Promoter's decision in respect of all matters to do with the Promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9.2. The Promoter reserves the right to void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
9.3. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any participant entering the Promotion or as a result of accepting any prize.
9.4. This Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
NEW 9.5. This Promotion is conducted in accordance with the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing (CAP Code) administered by the Advertising Standards Authority.
NEW 9.6. The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to fulfill its obligations where such failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, civil commotion, terrorism, fire, flood, pandemic, or technical failures.
NEW 9.7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, or cannot be delivered due to technical failures, including but not limited to email delivery issues, server problems, network congestion, or errors in the participant's email address.
NEW 9.8. In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions or any aspect of the Promotion, the Promoter's decision shall be final. Participants may seek independent legal advice if they have concerns.
